Appointment Scheduler via WhatsApp (n8n + Google Calendar)

Clients message via WhatsApp (text only) and the bot offers 2–3 time slots based on your availability. On confirmation, it creates the event in Google Calendar with the client’s name, service, and location/notes in text. It sends automatic reminders (24 h and 1 h before) and lets clients reschedule in the same chat. No calls or video—simple and fast.
