Refund Policy

Scope
This Refund Policy applies to all services purchased from A&S Ai Solutions, including: Websites (Landing One-Page and Multi-Page, delivered finished and locked), Content & Video Editing packages, Ad Management on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) OR TikTok (media spend excluded), and Shopify Store Setup. Read this together with our Terms & Conditions.

General Principles

  • Digital/service work is time-based. Once work begins, we allocate time and resources that cannot be recovered.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless your proposal explicitly says otherwise.

  • Ad spend paid to third-party platforms (Meta/TikTok) is never refundable by us.

 

When Refunds May Be Considered
We may consider partial refunds or account credits only in these situations:

  • Duplicate payment or billing error made to A&S Ai Solutions (not platform ad spend), reported within 7 calendar days of charge.

  • Unused prepayment for future months on retainers (content/ad management) that have not yet started. The current month is non-refundable once work has begun.

  • A material deviation from the agreed written scope on a deliverable. Before any refund is considered, you agree to a Right to Cure: we have 10 business days to correct the deliverable to the agreed scope. If we cannot reasonably cure, we may issue a proportionate partial refund or credit.

 

Non-Refundable Items

  • Deposits / setup fees once work has begun

  • Work performed to date (research, design, copywriting, editing, builds, review time)

  • Ad spend, platform fees, and third-party costs (domains, hosting, stock media, fonts, payment gateway fees, apps, etc.)

  • Rush fees and client-requested change orders

  • Delivered finished-and-locked websites and approved content/video (once approved in writing or published)

 

Service-Specific Terms

  • Websites (One-Page & Multi-Page): No refunds after design/copy is drafted or build work has started. If you cancel before build, the deposit remains non-refundable; additional prepayments may be partially refunded net of time already spent (brief, copy, wireframe).

  • Content & Video Editing: Monthly packages bill in advance. No refunds for the current month once pre-production/editing has started. If a batch materially deviates from the brief, request corrections within 7 calendar days; we will cure within 10 business days.

  • Ad Management (Meta OR TikTok): No performance guarantees (ROAS/CPA/leads). Management fees for the current period are non-refundable once campaigns are launched or optimized. Platform ad spend is non-refundable.

  • Shopify Store Setup: No refunds after theme configuration or product loading has started. If you cancel earlier, the deposit is non-refundable; additional prepayments may be partially refunded minus time spent.

 

Cancellations & Pauses
You may cancel services at any time in writing. Work already completed or reserved will be billed. Projects inactive for 30+ days due to missing feedback/content may be closed; reactivation can require a new timeline and fee. For retainers, cancellation takes effect at the next billing cycle; the current month remains non-refundable once work has started.

How to Request a Refund or Credit
Email support@as-aisolutions.com with your business name, contact person, invoice number(s), the service/package and purchase date(s), and the reason with any supporting evidence (e.g., duplicate charge, scope mismatch). We typically respond within 3 business days. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (wire/ACH may take longer depending on your bank).

Chargebacks
Please contact us first to resolve billing issues. Unfounded chargebacks may be contested with documentation. Accounts under chargeback review may be paused until resolved.

Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts in Clark County, Nevada.
